Extensions and bundles are usually on hand, but pre-ordering is required to ensure your desired length and texture are secured. Color services for extensions must be booked 1-2 weeks prior to your appointment. Remaining balances are due in Cash, credit/debit, tap pay. Financing options are available via Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm at checkout. There are no refunds, accommodations are made when necessary. Appointments may be adjusted or canceled after a 15 minute grace period. Photos and videos may be taken before, during, or after your service, including back or side views, to document progress and for professional content. If you do not wish for your face to be shared in any posted content, please inform me prior to the start of your appointment. For guaranteed availability, clients are strongly encouraged to secure their next 3 to 4 appointments in advance. Consistent booking ensures priority scheduling and optimal hair maintenance. After-Hours Policy Appointments scheduled during the day that extend past 5:00 PM will incur a $50 per hour after-hours fee. Appointments starting after 5:00 PM require booking a Premium After-Hours Appointment.
