Welcome to Mane Detailz by The Slayhouse, where luxury meets healthy haircare. I’m your licensed cosmetologist, Chynna & I specialize in creating flawless, seamless looking installments while also focusing on the health and integrity on your hair. Every appointment is designed to give you a premium salon experience where your hair thrives, your confidence grows, and you leave feeling like the best version of yourself. Hair Extension Standards: To ensure the highest quality results, longevity, and consistency of every install, all hair extensions must be purchased through Mane Detailz. Hair orders must be placed in advance to secure availability for your scheduled appointment. You’re able to add select bundles to your cart when you book your appointment or go to (www.manedetailz.com) to shop varieties. All appointments listed includes shampoo+treatments. No extra guest are allowed. Please take this time to enjoy your selfcare time. Color services for extensions must be scheduled 1-2 weeks prior to your appointment to allow proper preparation time. PAYMENTS Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment and may be paid via cash, credit/debit card or Zelle. All services and hair extension purchases are final sale. No refunds. MEDIA RELEASE Photos and videos may be taken before, during, or after your service, including back and side views, for progress tracking and professional content. If you prefer that your face not be included in posted content, please notify me before the start of your appointment. MAINTENANCE AND FUTURE BOOKING For clients receiving extension services, maintaining consistent appointments is highly recommended. Clients are encouraged to secure their next 3-4 appointments in advance to ensure priority scheduling and proper maintenance. Appointments may be adjusted or canceled after the 15-minute grace period. Please communicate any delays as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because services are customized and require dedicated time, preparation, and resources, please review the following policy before booking. Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment one time with at least 48 hours notice, based on availability. Any additional rescheduling requests will be considered a cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to arrive for your appointment may result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service price and/or restrictions on future bookings. As a courtesy, you may reschedule your appointment one time only within 7 days of your missed appointment, based on availability. Example: If you cancel on August 10, you will still be responsible for 100% of the service cost and must reschedule by August 17, provided an appointment is available. If you do not rebook within that timeframe, your payment will be forfeited and a new appointment will require full payment. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
